Bajamar Vacation Packages

It’s ok but I would not repeat it. Not the best location and poor parking arrangements. Otherwise the place is in good condition and the maintenance seems to be good

Beautiful and well kept property. Perfect for families. Lots of amenities, fun activities, great pools, delicious food, good location, and the view to the ocean is stunning.

Lovely resort with great facilities and kids activities but felt a bit cheated by the "all inclusive", which wasn't really all-inclusive and ending up spending about £200 on extras including having to pay £25 to go in the Spa

Yes lovely place. Clean, nice views, many pools.

Jose (Dude) at the pool has the best service

We have not given a 5 star for the following reasons: - No quiet pool/areas in hotel for adults only. This would be easy to do with the pool on one of the levels. - Breakfast very busy and had to wait in line for several minutes for table. - On first day at breakfast we were not introduced to how things worked, just left to figure it out. - At breakfast sometimes tea/coffee arrived and sometimes it did not. - As a 5 star hotel I would have expected a fresh omelette station at breakfast. - Design of hotel has flaws … as quite a few apartments have their own private pool or hot tub I think there is the assumption that theses will be used to free up the main pools for apartments without private pools but this is not the case as we stayed directly above apartments with private pools and private pools were hardly used with those families going to the main pools thus meaning that there was the age old problem of limited sun beds and bed blockers with towels and no supervision of this. Pools too small for size of hotel with not enough beds. Not a 5 star hotel in our opinion.

Everything was good, but it is not OK to carry out renovation work with a demolition hammer on a floor full of tourists for more than a week
