Great stay!

They were changing the locks so every day we had problems with the room keys had to keep going to front desk usually 2 to 3 times a day. We ate at the Italian restaurant Rimini and three out of Six of us were sick, throwing up and diarrhea with fever we lost two days of vacation, The pool with the bar is disgusting even the staff were calling it the pee pee pool, nobody ever got out, they finally cleaned it after someone threw up in it. We were returning customers as our first experience was great, this time it was a huge disappointment!!!

Best all inclusive resort I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to plenty.

Its is a family friendly resort, could use some younger kids Waterpark. Breakfast was healthy lots of options. Staff was friendly and the room could use s bit of maintenance. Floor was not clean properly in the room, bathroom drainage very slow(shower and sink) needs better blackout drapes. Even thought mine were closed lights were still coming in from both sides.
