Clean room. Decent enough for an airport stopover

Best hotel I've ever stayed in! Fabulous!

Great spot, close to train and old town, lots of surrounding city life. They gave us a free bus pass. Church bells and a park across the street. Small balcony with a nice view. Wish they had AC, but the fan with open windows worked well. Funny staff and a nice croissant breakfast. Great value.

i CANELLED MY TRIP THROUGH EXPEDIA DUE TO AN EMERGECY AND REQUESTED MY HOTEL PAYMENT OF 300 POUNDS TO BVE RETURNED BUT SADLY THEY REFUSED. MY CANCE3LLATION WAS 24 HOURS BEFORE FLIGHT. I EXPECTED THEM TO TAKE SOME OF THE MONEY BUT TO RETURN SOME.

The hotel is very old but it has a great location. The rooms are small but it sits within walking distance of Lake Geneva (you can take a plunge in it!) and it is only a block away from Public transportation. The Air conditioning works! And the shower has great water pressure, we tried to lengthen our stay but it is booked solid. So plan ahead in advanced while making reservations. It is a very coveted area. The elevator is very small but it works. The breakfast selection was limited but the staff was super friendly and they will offer you endless cappuccino refills! We will definitely stay here again!

Front desk was very helpful with info and directions throughout our stay and ordered us a taxi for the airport. We added the breakfast every day and that worked really well for us - it was great! The room was clean. Really great location - easy walk or public transit for anywhere we wanted to go.
