The room stated was for a queen bed, it was a double bed. Was for a street view, we had a view of the roof with the noisy unit for the restaurant, so we couldn't have the window open and the other view was of the outside staff area which was gross. The Hotel was fully booked so could not get another room. This was the first time we have had an issue with the rooms.

Offered complementary activity equipment (SUPs, e-bikes, kayaks). Very pet friendly, with nice dog beds and dishes for pups. Complementary breakfast was also nice and they even offered plant based milk alternatives for my breakfast and coffee which was extra nice and unexpected.

Excellent Breakfast!

We went for a surprise anniversary and selected the queen room with harbor view. Was gorgeous but came with impeded view of harbor and construction of a rooftop access area. Not what the advertisements offered. The hotel received my frustration and responded to my concerns promptly and attentively. The focus and attention to my concerns was sincere and most gracious. Thank you to the team. We had a most lovely visit.

Staff was very helpful

Property was poorly cared (though inside was better) for and partnering restaurants were nasty. Pumping in bathroom was faulty (toilet spontaneously gurgled throughout the visit). Coffee maker was broken. We stayed with a pet, and they didn't tell us the expected the dog to be kenneled until we got there.

Overall great stay. Rooms are clean. Bathrooms are clean and bright. Staff friendly. I didn’t have time to use any amenities. Only negatives were length of time to check in at desk. A lot of paperwork & computer work it seemed. We stayed two nights not consecutive as we attended a wedding north of Victoria one night. Our view was a brick wall directly out our window both stays, and both times we had to call for our TV to be fixed. They did come immediately to fix it to their credit. Overall nice place. We would stay again.
