The property is in an excellent location. A short walk to the skytrain, a 7-11, and all of the Emporium malls. It seems to still be in a slight case of renovation, but the pool was still accessible, the gym adequate, and the breakfast was not something I wanted to try with all the other options in the area. The staff is incredibly quick to help and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. For the value it was a wise choice for my stay.

Beautiful hotel, staff really friendly and helpful. Large rooms and easy to get all the main attractions of Bangkok by train or close enough and really cheap to get Grab from hotel

I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. My only criticism is the pre check in communication. Please don’t ask if I have any special requests and then not act on them. For my two night stay, due to mobility issues I requested a walk in shower rather than a bath. My request was completely ignored. Hopefully my next experience will be better.
