My husband and I stayed for a week. Great service and very clean and modern looking. It is in a very safe area. We had no issues. Less than 10 min walk from Sagrada Família. Our room was cleaned every day and they had the mini fridge conveniently stocked up with drinks and snacks. They refilled it every time we took something out. Staff knows multiple languages. We spoke to them in both English and Spanish. Lobby also has a nice seating/waiting area, great for waiting on taxis. Would definitely stay again.

Im really glad I stayed in this hotel. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice. Rooms are great. Breakfast is good. The pool is small but nice! I also love that the hotel is disability friendly! I def want to stay there again!

Perfect location In The center of so many attractions you can walk anywhere! The check in and check out were chaotic with people coming up to reception while we were being checked I. And the staff at the desk stopping the check in process to dal with every person that came and asked.a question. On checkout, my brother was charged for someone else’s room which we had to sort while our taxi was waiting to take us to the train station. Make sure to leave enough time checking out to review you bill BEFORE paying as while ours was getting sorted another person had the same issue. The hotel itself is clean, rooms are small but comfortable and as with many hotels. The in house bars are way overpriced for average drinks. These were the only negatives and the location makes up for the minor hiccups.
