The hotel is not bad. However the room we were given had a tub/shower combo that made it unusable for my husband with limited mobility. In addition to a very high entrance to get in there was no bar to grab on to. He avoided the shower because of this. No water bottle in the room, no small fridge. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was very good location most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. First two men were not friendly at all. Was concerned about the door left open . But the staff was friendly and helpful and kind to let us stay with our luggage. Love the interior of the hotel. Thank you .

This was an excellent hotel in a centrally located part of the city. The staff were all very friendly and helpful at all times, the room was spacious and clean and the breakfast gave lots of options. Highly recommended.

The hotel is fairly well located for the SNCF station in Lille, but a bit of a walk from the Eurostar station. It's in need of an update - the rooms look like they haven't been renovated this century, but that said they aren't in terrible condition, just old and worn. The area isn't the most salubrious, but it didn't feel that unsafe either.

Arriving at this hotel was greeted by a young man who made us feel welcome. Spoke English and ibis should be proud of a great staff member. He gave us a welcome pack for the Lille braderie which had maps and bus times, restaurants. So organised, The room was clean and modern and we had dinner downstairs and sane young man produced an English menu.Breakfast was fantastic so much choice. would stay again and recommend.
