Room was clean, breakfast was decent. In general, it was a good stay. Would likely consider staying again.

Staff was very nice, breakfast spread was great. Our room unfortunately felt like a let down. It was smaller than expected, had a mildew scent, the toilet constantly ran, and the AC did not work very well.

Very good location. Clean hotel. Our ac was broken but they handled us a new room inmediately. The hotel is confortable and size of the rooms are decent. Bigger than average in the area.

The property was located off the beaten path, across from a lovely park, which made it very quiet. Our room was HUGE and VERY comfortable! The staff was lovely and extremely helpful with cabs, directions, reservations, etc. etc. I would definitely stay here again, and look forward to returning!

We stayed at the Brunelleschi for three nights, and everything about the hotel is perfect. Although it's a bit difficult navigating to the hotel through the narrow streets of Florence, the staff was very helpful in getting us close, where a bell hop was waiting to direct us the rest of the way. Then they arranged for a driver from the garage to pick up and return the car when we checked out. Not enough emphasis seems to go to the maids who tend to the rooms, but the efforts to make our rooms up did not go unnoticed - thank you! Impeccable quality and service.
