Barbera de la Conca Vacation Packages

Could not regulate shower temperature, either scalding hot or ice cold, hard to find a in between setting.

This hotel is so well-located that it is hard to beat. It really is in the center of Barcelona. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was outstanding.

Everything was great! Location was prime. Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel had everything we needed. Super clean. Highly recommended this hotel!

Great cleaning team

The location itself is great and accessible to pretty much all of the major tourist spots while still being away from the crowds. The room was spacious and just as expected. My only complaint was about one of the front desk staff members. There was a gentleman who always seemed bothered whenever we had a question, which made us feel quite uncomfortable during our stay. On the other hand, there was a lovely woman at the front desk who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, one negative interaction can really impact the overall guest experience, and I do think his demeanor could easily sway people from returning. We expected a welcome drink and he hadn’t given it to us, so the next day we had to tell the kind lady who made sure we got it. Overall I give this place 7/10.
