From arrival to departure the staff was very attentive, professional and courteous. They made great suggestions for restaurants, shows and venues during our stay. When a member of our group of 6 fell ill they guided us to the nearest pharmacy and kept and made sure the staff was aware to attemd to the many room service request. We greatly recommend this hitel for your next Barcelona trip.

Great hotel with few minor issues.
Employees were awesome and very helpful. However the design of the hotel allows sound to travel from bottom floor up. Other guest sitting in the lobby could be heard talking in our room on the 4th floor. The only issue with our room was the mold in the fridge. I mentioned that on check out but the front desk employee had a full lobby and didn’t really take a note or anything. May or may not be taking care of.
