The neighbourhood is sketchy. Terrible customer service, we had some flickering light that woke us up at 4am and the hotel is basically blaming us for not properly turning them off and did not accommodate in any way, The rooftop pool is basically a jacuzzi it's so small. This hotel is a tourist trap.

The property is modern and in a good location. However, the elevators weren’t working when we checked in and we had to carry all luggage up five floors. The next morning there was a water shut off from 9-12 and in the evening on both nights there was no cold water and we couldn’t shower in boiling water. Definitely a mixed experience.

Nice and friendly staff, clean rooms and areas, fresh breakfast, reasonable facilities and price and good proximity to tourist attractions by walking distance. Area is a bit located in unsafe places, I recommend to take main street to walk and not back alleys. There was water and elevator issue last day of my stay that took long to resolve. Overall, nice place.

The room we stayed in which was one of there biggest rooms (which we received as a free upgrade due to the fact that their regular rooms were fully booked), had a bit of a musty odor and the plumbing is very loud (you can heard toilets flushing and showers being taken). Other than that, this is a very nice hotel with friendly/helpful staff and a cool rooftop terrace.

Everything about the hotel was nice except for the area. On our 2nd day, someone tried to steal the little necklace I was wearing. I would still recommend the hotel but I definitely wished it was in a different neighborhood. The staff was really nice & we always came back to a clean room no matter how late we left the hotel.

The staff are great, all three shifts, Miguel at night and the two young women in the morning and afternoon. The only comment is that I wish they had a mini fridge in the room. Also, the area it's located in seemed sketchy at night.
