Property is ok and clean. Bed was not a king size bed as advertised, but two twins put together with individual bedding. Not appropriate for couple. Sold as airport hotel, but it’s about 20 minutes away in the middle of an industrial area. 15 minute walk from metro, but nothing else. Only one truck stop restaurant open after 6 pm near by, other than restaurant in hotel. Would not stay here again.

The restaurant was excellent. I had an excellent fish dinner and a very nice breakfast. The service was great. The fitness center is small with poorly chosen weights (much too heavy) and equipment

Great hotel for a night before flying out. Quick check in, great room, very clean. Had dinner in the restaurant and food was also very good. The shuttle service was perfect, make our reservation when we checked in, shuttle on time and very quick to T1. Being a Silver status, we received a small bottle of wine at check in, but didn't get a chance to open and enjoy, and doing carry on, we had to leave it in the hotel

Great Hotel shame about the taxi and free shuttle

The Hotel was great and was clean and tidy, easy checkin and room was wonderful. The only issues were it had a free shuttle that takes you to the airport however it only works at certain times, so we had to get a taxi. The Hotel offered to order one which was a complete rip off, DO NOT LET THE HOTEL ORDER. Taxi cost 31 euro to the Airport, If we had ordered a Bolt it would have been 16, the taxi driver added 2 additional charges and a 7.50 euro to get in the vehicle. The same type of Taxi from Barcelona to the Hotel (Plaza Catalunya to Hotel) only cost 25 for further distance. As mentioned the hotel was great but ripped off by taxi they ordered. Otherwise a 4.5-5* stay.

Clean, modern, great service. Shuttle schedule was well organized for morning drop-offs. Evening pick up from the airport requires a phone call. Even though it's near the airport, it was quiet. I would stay there again.

Noisy room and poor service

Got back about 9:30, both room cards did not work. No apology but told not to have near phone which they weren’t. We had room 102 which was above the kitchen and was extremely noisy. Went and spoke to reception at 10 and didn’t care. I put in an online complaint and when checking out manager asked about complaint and advised that we should have been offered to change rooms but wasn’t. Not the best hotel unfortunately

Big regret. We chose this hotel for the convenient shuttle from the airport only to find out that the shuttle hours are limited and we had to pay for transportation. Same goes for the restaurant, hours are limited. We showed up around 11am for a sandwich and kitchen was closed. It’s located in an industrial area so there is nothing close. Lastly, didn’t get the VIP wine bottle. Never again.

Staying the night before joining cruise line

Traveling to meet a cruise ship. Shuttle pick at airport to hotel was a little confusing but the video provided by BW was so helpful. Easy and on time. Front desk ordered the Taxi for me to cruise line the next day. Made it easy. Restaurant food was great. Room very clean and comfortable.

Website said airport shuttle. There is not one during check in time at the hotel. The hotel is nice but it was a $28 cab ride from airport. One of the reason we chose it was the transportation. Could not get anyone from room service to answer the phone. We asked for ice in our room and they told us they had no ice that day? Vending machines broken,
