A beautiful hotel in an incredible location. Our room was very comfortable—we would certainly recommend the junior suites with the private balcony for a great place to relax and enjoy a great view of the city. We were able to walk to many of the main areas with ease and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing we were only slightly disappointed in was the size of the pool and pool area. It is a very small area where only a few people can comfortably swim/lounge. Otherwise, one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at.

Beautiful hotel and excellent room. The restaurant and bar service was amazing! Check in was a little confusing as there wasn't much information about room service, amenities, etc., but overall the aesthetic, location and comfort was great.

Well located and nice staff

Overall a good place to stay but a bite on the expensive side. The staff was friendly. The hotel is well located close to the Arc de Triomphe and many other nice sites to visit. Our main disappointment was that the air conditioning was not strong enough. The temperature displayed is not the real one!

Beautiful hotel

Perfect location, very central with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff was friendly and the rooms were a decent size. Only thing that was a let down was the pool, small in size and the water was freezing.

Loved it, sad to leave…

Absolutely incredible!! from the kind receptionists at the front (who helped me confirm a last minute dinner reservation for 10 people), to the amazing rooms with rainfall shower and le labo products, to the super cool all-wood gym - everything was perfect. I wish I had had more time so I could enjoy the pool and the restaurant, but if I ever come back to Barcelona I will definitely be staying here.

Hotel is an easy walk from the train station. It’s across the street from the zoo and there were lots of dining options in Born just around the corner
