We had a fantastic stay for our anniversary at Casa Sagnier! The prime location made exploring Barcelona a breeze, with so many top attractions, restaurants, and public transport just steps away. What a fantastic hotel. Barcelona is a very walkable city and this hotel is in a good location to walk to the main attractions. The staff were friendly and extremely attentive. Volume wasn’t working on my tv, called front desk and someone was up to our room and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. Staff always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was really tasty, lots of options including buffet items and a menu to order from as well. A must stay if you are looking for a hotel in Barcelona.

The hotel is really decent right in the middle of central Barcelona next to everything in one of the most beautiful cities on earth. Balconies are amazing for morning coffee and the overall look and feel are very nice, the downstairs cafe is very smart and frequented by stylish people. Staff are friendly and smiling, multilingual and helped me greatly with an issue i had. Relaxed vibes. The rooms are well sized with high ceilings and are kept tidy. However there are some issues that surprised us a little. The service can sometimes be slow and the hotel doesn't seem to have enough staff sometimes to handle. If you ask for something simple like ice bucket or a mug of coffee it can take 30-40 mins sometimes because theyd be dealing with alot. Its also an old building that comes with old building issues. We didnt particularly enjoy being surprised with silverfish near the sink at 2 in the morning! But to be fair the hotel did a thorough clean and we didn't see those again. Overall i think they're just lacking a little staff to keep things flowing smoothly in summer peak time but they definitely make up for it by being very friendly and courteous. Its a very convenient stylish hotel in the middle of the city and Id consider back for sure.
