Great location but no control over AC in room
Great hotel and location but for me a big issue with heating/AC in room. Hotel has set the heating in all rooms to same temperature which you cannot change. Set to 'hot' in winter and the reading was 26 on thermostat in room. No way to cool room down. Suggestion from hotel was to open windows which given hotel is on a very busy road makes it very noisy in the room and hard to sleep. My issue is not that hotel is on a busy road - we knew that and it is a great location - just did not expect to have window open all night in December to try to get comfortable temperature in room. In summer we were told temperature is set to 'cold' in all rooms so watch out as you will not be able to change it if you don't like the temperature in the room. Cannot recommend as temperature in rooms too uncomfortable.

The staff are a credit to this hotel. They go above and beyond to help. The only think that could be improved is the meal choice for half board guests. It does not cater for vegetarian or vegan guests. However, the staff went out of their way to ensure that I ate every evening xx

Property was good. Staff was helpful. We forgot our converter and they loaned one to us so we could charge our 110v devices, which was nice. Great walkable location and plenty of eateries nearby. The main drawback was the road construction happening all around the plaza. Once construction is completed, it should be fine.

Lovely hotel, massive rooms, massive bed, great views! The only thing I would change is the mattress, it's very rubbery and noisy when you turn in bed. But it's very comfortable. It's in the centre and walking distance from everything, I would definitely stay again.

Great room, loved the shower. Cleaning could be better but the facilities were great. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Location is great, an easy bus ride from the airport, also really close to the main train station. Has a shopping centre nearby with lots of food options.
