The staff is very friendly and helpful. Every staff member we encountered were very friendly. The rooms are very clean with nice amenities and the location is nice and central for the things we wanted to do. The only downside to this hotel are the hard beds however, if I go back to Barcelona, I will be staying at this hotel again.

Funky odor in the hotel. Also, the pool was closed due to construction. I think if that’s the case they should not advertise the pool as an amenity. The rooms are nice and clean. Finally, not fond of the homeless sleeping right next to the door as you arrive home for the evening.

Location is excellent close to cathedral and las ramblas. Hotel very clean and services excellent, front desk very welcoming and attentive. We had a room with private terrace backing onto the rooftop pool. Would be special in summer but bit chilly in December..
