What a gem
A true gem in the heart of Barcelona. We loved the complimentary welcome drink and the space by the pool to relax and enjoy the weather. Comfortable beds, a nice lobby, friendly staff, and nice little extras made the stay enjoyable. Walkable too so many of the must-see sight of the city.

We chose this property for an add-on trip to Barcelona after visiting Portugal. The hotel is ideally located, but what makes the hotel stand out is the outstanding staff! From reception to the Bell staff to housekeeping and the restaurant everyone was kind, courteous and helpful. They provided guidance for tours, restaurants, and other things to do in the area. They were very accommodating for all of our special requests.

We stayed in Barcelona at the start and end of our trip, and specifically at this hotel the last 2 nights. The area around the hotel was great, and the room was clean. However, the air conditioning was not working well, despite turning it on by 5 or 6 PM every night the room didn't get cool till around 1 AM. In addition, when we asked for a bucket of ice for our room we were charged for it, which felt a bit petty.

Wonderful hotel
This is an amazing hotel in the perfect location for waking to several of the sights and to the Gothic Quarter. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and quiet and the bed very comfortable.
