Technically this is 5 star hotel, it’s incredibly beautiful and everything has been great for the most part. However, I gave it 4 stars because the air conditioning in the room isn’t very strong and doesn’t get very cold overnight. The air is still and hot and sleeping was very uncomfortable for my friend and I. The staff is great, the rooftop restaurant is delicious, and the room is lovely. Just had an issue with the AC.

When we arrived we were only then informed that the pool is closed for maintenance, but we can utilise the spa pool. Turns out you can at use the Spa pool at £40 per person per day. The bar area had 1 bar tender for the whole of the bar, so you waited ages for drinks if you could find him.
