This is a beautiful and luxury hotel located in a great location. It is beyond our expectations ❤️❤️❤️ We had a horrible experience with a 4 stars hotel in Madrid, to be honest, we didn’t expect much of this one It turned out be surprising I personally feel from hell to heaven, compare the hotel we stayed in Madrid to this one

location was good and safe, but this hotel is over-rated. They are extremely cheap - giving you half a bottle of water (compared to costco's bottled water) and they only allow 1 cup of coffee that you make in your room with a Britta coffee-maker that we could not get to work. I wish I had stayed someplace else, that would certainly have been a better deal.

Barcelona hotel
Fabulous hotel in Barcelona centre. Close to everything central. Front desk staff went above and beyond when I needed a taxi on a busy evening trying to get to Barcelona FC game. There was no cabs available on line or on road but one of the girl desk staff actually went around the corner to hail a cab and she arrived in the rear of the cab to the front of the hotel where I was waiting. Brilliant result... ⚽💯🎯 My only negative was my room did not have a view it faced on a Court yard with no street view and natural light, and also there was noise some mornings in the corridor I believe from cleaning staff? Although I can't be 100% sure that they were cleaning staff. On last day my room had a power outage but was quickly fixed when I advised front desk. But really Nice hotel, I loved the rooftop terrace & I really enjoyed my stay there.
