Would have been a higher score if not for the terrible out of hours check in which is done via a machine and did not work at all properly and then eventually after over an hour of trying and also trying to call their emergency line, we managed to do it but then the keys didn’t work to our room. They cannot seem to send someone to the apartments to help at night so my advice is either only arrive when desk is manned or don’t bother.

What a find!! Perfect apartments beautiful interiors Nordic style. Immaculately cleaned. Quiet. Brilliant location next to many supermarkets, cafes and importantly the L1 Rocafort metro line. Safe area. Paula is superb at communicating back and forth with many suggestions on restaurants for our first evening too. We throughly loved our stay and would recommend to all!

Lovely clean apartment. We had a one bed with balcony on the seventh floor. Very clean and functional and does have a sofa bed for extra guests. The only issue was that the lift was a little temperamental, but working the vast majority of the time. Storage lockers for luggage were very useful and Reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The apartments are right next door to one of the line 1 (red line) Metro Stations (Rocafort) which takes you directly into Placa de Catalunya. There are also bus stops near which are conveniently located. We walked a huge amount as the main central city is quite small. So much to see and do but do book well in advance if you want to go inside Sagrada Familia. Still stunning to view outside both day and night. We found a number of really good restaurants nearby: of particular note is La gastronomic restaurantse. Great local Tapas and good service. Would certainly return to these apartments if and when we return to Barcelona

No breakfast was provided as per reservation, not enough supplies for even 1 day. Housekeeping service done every 7 days, which was not communicated. Even the lady that checked us in didn't know how to operate washer, dryer. Had no idea where to put trash. Stay away from this place.

This apartment was very nice, well appointed and clean. The location was good, with a metro station very close, and within walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. It was nice having the office staff on site and they were super friendly and helpful. There were lockers available to drop off luggage prior to check in time. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything but the front desk personnel was great. They do need to train their staff so they can make the guest feel welcome (vs. feel they are receiving a favor from the staff). The room was in very good conditions and the location is very privileged. Besides the check in process, everything was really great.

We absolutely loved our stay in our apartment! The staff was super helpful and informative prior to our visit (and during) as it was our first time in Barcelona. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations! The full kitchen was very well equipped and with so many small grocery stores nearby it was very simple to make some meals at home for our family of 4 with 2 younger kids. The location was perfect- we were able to walk from the hotel to all the places we wanted to see, or quickly hopped on the Metro from the nearby station. We loved our trip to Barcelona and would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future!

Whilst this was a great apartment, close to everything including the metro and buses, it could have been more comfortable. The bed and sofa had seen better days, and the table and chairs were purely functional. The apartment front door would not lock from the inside, and the TV would not connect to the internet. For the money, I would expect a little more.
