This hotel is only 2 or. 3 star. Our door key kept not working and had to be replaced daily. There is no fridge in the room…so we had to throw out a lot of food we normally carry when travelling. You cannot make a cup of tea …..you have to pay for it!!! Our room was not serviced till after 3 o”clock. The hotel does things on the cheap. It was not good value for the money we paid. On the positive side….was well located to public transport, and the breakfast was good.

Location is great. Common areas are fantastic. The biggest issue is with the room. The room quite long but very narrow and pretty dark. It feels claustrophobic. The room is also very bare bones. No fridge, no iron, no extras at all. It does have a small balcony which is nice. The gym is great and the breakfast menu is pretty nice. I probably won’t stay there again since the rooms really are not good.

The hotel is affiliated with Marriott Hotel! The hotel is modern and includes buffet breakfast which is a plus. Everything was great except our check in, it was very slow. I've been in so many hotels and never had to wait this long for checkin. There's a long line up of people checkin in. Other than that, it was all good! Location is very close to Sants station and the mall, Arenas de Barcelona.

I would like to share my disappointment regarding the service we received from one of the night shift reception staff. We had booked a triple room with an extra bed, and were informed earlier that the room would be fully prepared by the time we returned in the evening. Unfortunately, when we arrived back, the extra bed had not been set up. We raised this issue with the reception, and were told to change rooms. However, even in the new room, the extra bed was still not arranged. We explained that since the extra bed needed to be set up by housekeeping, it would be more convenient to prepare it in the room we had already checked into. Despite this, the staff insisted we move to another room, requiring us to repack all of our belongings unnecessarily. What was even more disappointing was the staff member’s attitude. He spoke to us in a raised voice and claimed that we should be blaming his colleagues instead of him, saying he was trying to "help"—when in fact, his actions made the situation more frustrating. His tone and unwillingness to listen were unprofessional and unacceptable. We hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to ensure future guests receive the service and respect they deserve.

Great value for money. Convenient location. It is steps away from the metro station and just one train to Plaza Catalunya. Walking distance to Plaza España and the Art Museum and the Lluis Companys Stadium. I did not like that it had no small fridge to keep beverages and no closet space but we just stayed for one night to go see a Barça game at the stadium nearby so it was not a real problem. It would have been an issue for a longer stay.
