Do Not Stay Here

It is a nice hotel visibly but here is what we encountered... -A 6:00pm check-in... which is 3 hours after the guarantee check-in, despite me actually requesting an early check-in a week prior. --NO hot water for any of the 3 days that I stayed there. --NO running water for 1 of the 3 days. --NO pool towells the entire day (1 of 3 days). --NO ability to speak to a Manager during or after the stay. The front desk said they would inform a Manager but that was 1 week ago. I emailed them multiple times with no response. And I know they receive the emails because they answered my emails before the trip. Overall, this was an unacceptable experience. Look for a different hotel.

Disappointing and expensive experience

We have spent 4 nights at this hotel, but our experience was terrible. There aren't any attractions in the hotel. The only comfortable pools are not free, they cost €75 per person per day, though they're on the photos of the hotel. Free pool is always full of people. The hotel is far from any of sightseeings. The only thing we can define as acceptable is the breakfast

The property was a luxury Hotel very nice quiet and clean the employees were all exceptional! There were issues with one of our connecting rooms. The air conditioner in the room was not working at all. Since 8/2/25 room 1221 we complained and it was never repaired. The bathroom in that room was also leaking and broken and was never repaired. After spending $14,000.00 and another $3,000.00 on another room we were credited with $60.00 euros. The elevators were not working and the lights kept on going out!

Staff has not been very friendly. Seemed to ignor us multiple times for dinner or other enquiries. On premise beach club tries to make itself more exclusive than it is and doesnt allow walk ins. It comes with a minimum spent when booking. Also, the booking process makes you feel less valued somehow especially as the club is on the hotel grounds. Found this unnecessary. Food: was ok, menu got boring really quickly as part of half board and doesn't really cater for vegetarians or vegans. Roof top bar was not open. Also they seem to push the "red lounge" upgrade. If you havent upgraded then you cannot have breakfast outdoors. Think this should have been mentioned in the property description. Otherwise beds are comfy and spacious. No balconies or terraces. Location is a bit outside of the cuty. Probably wouldn't come back as the staff and services didn't really match the 5* hotel expectations I have. They made us feel like we are off-season tourists and not welcome.

Easy access to Metro to move around city. Rooms could have been a lot better kept. Breakfast and restaurants were great.

Nice hotel in a quiet area … good amenities and rooms are comfortable and spacious . Very friendly staff but struggle to cope in busy periods
