Although the name states "Feel at home", unfortunately I didn’t feel like staying at home during my stay. Dirty walls, dirt on curtains and bed covers, dirty kitchen equipments (forks, oven, spoons)
The bed sheets, pillow and blanket covers had sticky (dark) hair, and I mention dark cause it easily could be seen by the person who clean the room and claims that it’s ready to next guest. The carpet in the leaving room was dirty (again, hairs), seems that before our check in, no one really vacuumed it.
Reception’s operation hours and it’s totally un-functionally in between. The operation hours are from 10:30 AM-7 PM but during this period many times you'll meet "on a break" sign.
While most of the tourists are usually out for traveling during the day, it means that if you need anything, there is none to communicate with. The only way for communication is phone call, I would expect from the owners to understand that in the end of 2019 many people use messaging way of communication or email, and not phone call (lucky they didn’t ask for fax).
In general the staff doesn't seems like very welcome one, they tend to be very cynical in their answers and tried to show me that I was wrong:
"but as you can see online, but we are proud to say our customer service general mark is 9,2 out of 10, which means the rest our guests don't agree with you","Of course not everyone is happy, there is always in every part of the world someone that is not happy"
