Pool is only open on weekend, room was 78 degrees and talked to 4 people to get fixed and finally we were move after aksing a 5th staff member because the ac was broken. The staff just said it need time to cool down.
There is very little around the hotel. No issues with hotel, very clean and rooms very comfortable. Disappointing pool bar closed early and draught drinks are small for price.
Fantastic new hotel. Very well designed hotel room with a super comfortable bed.
The only slight downside is that it is a bit of a walk to the metro transport.
The gentleman that checked us in was so lovely! And we appreciated the honeymoon surprise. Thank you.
Hotel was an easy ride to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was not as cold as we like but all and all, it was a good stay. The breakfast buffet (for a fee) was nice.
The property is beautiful and modern. My room was clean and the area is safe. Based off of what I just mentioned it would be five stars. Unfortunately I cannot rate it high due to what I experienced. When I got in my room I tried to turn on the thermostat but it was not working. This was around 10 at night when I returned from the downtown. I called several times but no answer. Then I saw that I could contact them via WhatsApp by calling or texting so I did that. No answer. After trying several times I was sent to voicemail. Finally after a half of hour the midnight staff person responded through text saying he will call back. He did not call back I had to keep texting and calling. My partner went down stairs and he told her he is busy checking people in and to see if we can open the window and if anything he will have someone check it out. Almost two hours later I texted can you just send someone up? Read my message and did not respond until an hour later and by that time I was asleep. Horrible service from that staff member who worked the late night shift may18-19. Even if he is the only person working. All he had to do was make a call to personnel who handles repairs or issues and ask them to go check out the room. He refused purposely to not help. Besides that experience the hotel itself is very nice in a nice area where you can walk 15 mins to the train.
The property still looks new and clean. It is odd that no shuttle service to the airport. Uber was about $16 to $20. The train station is about 8 minutes away. The outlet is just past the train station with several major sport shoe brands. A major grocery store is also about 8 minutes away. Restaurant option is limited nearby.
