Great location but…
The stuff was friendly and speaks English well. The facilities are pretty old and not well designed. For example, the shower stall has a drainage problem, and at the end of the shower, your feet are in at least an inch of puddle of water.

I LOVED staying at this property, it was very clean and staff was always friendly and very attentive to details. As someone who works in the hotel industry, they really did everything right.

The staff was really helpful. First they welcome you with a glass of cava. They took our luggage because we arrived early and we managed to visit the city while our room was made. On our return our luggage were waiting for us in our room! They were really helpful. On top of that, the hotel is really well located, a few minutes of walk from everything and cole to an Aerobus stop, easiest way for us from the airport

A Gem in the center of Barcelona!
Excellent! So close to everything! Steps to plaza catalunya, Ramblas, dinning, shopping! The location is unbeatable! Staff was so kind and attentive! Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic location. Staff were all great. Central to all of Barcelona. Cool lobby, main floor bar and cafe and roof top restaurant was a blast. Our room with an outdoor private sitting area was well laid out and very comfortable. Perfect for walking to Old City, La Rambla and amazing restaurants and tapas bars.

Overall the hotel stay was great. You might like to improve the breakfasts as there is no rotation at all - same food daily. I saw there were alot of Asian guests which is great but nothing tailor to our taste bud
