This hotel is very nice. It’s a little far from downtown and most things to do. You’ll have to uber or taxi everywhere. Besides that the hotel was nice and clean. We did have to badger them about towels for our entire 8 nights and the sky lounge is not as nice as they say. Weird smell, expensive drinks, and poor service. I would not stay here again I would look more closely to the center of town.

Excellent hotel and a very professional staff. Gemma and the manager Maria (or Marcia?) went out of their way to make us feel welcome and we were taken care of. The rooms are modern, clean and have an amazing view of the city. This is area L’Hospitalet is about 15 mins away from the Barcelona center so we liked the quiet location plus a quick 15 min ride to the center. It is close to the railway station and airport making it and ideal location. Will definitely come again.

The restaurant menu is very limited for quick meals. Little or no chicken options for non red meat eaters. The elevator does not work until you have to keep hitting the screen and when it comes you don’t know which one it is add you don’t grab it quickly it will leave.

I loved everything about the Hyatt! It's about 13 minutes from the airport. The staff was very friendly! The food and drinks were good! The whole design of the hotel is beautiful! I just didn't like the cost of parking was $26 per day. I would definitely stay here again!
