We had the family quadruple room on the ground floor. Perfect room for a family of four with a 18 year old and 15 year old. The room had a refrigerator which was a pleasant surprise, kindly stocked with water for us each day. We had pre booked breakfast, which was a continental breakfast box - we all thoroughly enjoyed, more than enough food for everyone! Staff were friendly and extremely helpful, which was great, as this was our first visit to Barcelona. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Great place, clean, quiet, very authentic. Best workers ever. Once I entered hotel I felt that I’m in a right place. I asked what should I do in Barcelona for 4 days, they gave me a map, circled the places, gave all instructions. I loved it so much there that extended my stay for 4 more days and they managed to keep my room. And they have coffee in a lobby! Beach is pretty close, every day I went swimming and then enjoyed the culture of the city. A shopping in Barcelona is great. And all rooms have balconies! You can have coffee on the balcony, look to the right and see Barcelona. Look to the left and guess what? Barcelona!

The property is in a good location in the gothic quarter, walkable to the shops, restaurants, the harbour and beach. My room had water leaking and dripping constantly from the ceiling, I informed the hotel staff and was told they could not provide an alternative room as I requested to swap. The next day the staff said that they had no suitable swap and that I could have done this the previous day! Suffice to say, I wasn't happy. The dripping noise was loud and kept me awake. Little apologies from the staff, no compensation or offer of anything to make up for the issue. Disappointed, I expected better.

Great hotel to stay in while in the gothic quarter but the street is very loud and busy all night. The bathroom doors are weird, they don’t latch so privacy is limited and it is a small room. But this worked out fine for us!
