My mother and I loved staying here! The staff were so friendly and very accommodating. Make sure you try the breakfast here. It was delicious and fresh with so many options to choose from. We will definitely be coming back!

I really enjoyed staying here for a recent work trip. My stay was very comfortable and I always felt safe. It was a bit far from my work destination, but worth it for the comfort and quiet. My only complaint is that their wifi is not very good. It's fine for sending emails, but not good for the kind of video work I do.

Such a lovely warm welcome with a very helpful lady at reception and beautiful piano playing in the lobby by a fabulous pianist the hotel smelt lovely and was so well kept clean and set up. The rooms are great sized and very clean and great service I will surely be back.

The staff was fantastic in the hotel always answering our questions regarding where to visit the best place to go to visit as well. We had a buffet breakfast that was very nice and then we realise we can order some stuff like an omelette and a Sunny up egg. I booked this hotel due to its having a spa/gym and we went there twice to have spa and go and have a massage done. The hotel location was a great location to go to the central of Barcelona. We experience difficulty connecting to an Internet sometime we had the Internet sometime we did not have the Internet. The only thing I would recommend for the property to do is to insert more wireless routers for the Internet. I understand the hotel is very busy all the time because we went for 5 days and we noticed there people therefore their business meetings. Staffed, offer us To change our room, but because we were very comfortable in our room because we only were there for a couple of days. We would go back to the same hotel when we will visit Barcelona next time.

They let us check in early which was nice. Honestly only stayed at this hotel because of the pictures of the pool which COSTS EXTRA and is in fact not even a part of the hotel. The lobby was newly renovated but the rooms and halls are quite old. Shower took forever to warm up. The linens and towels were unclean and there was a centipede in the sink. Gross. Pretty far from everything also. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
