Disappointed there was no coffee machine in the room. The room keys on several occasions did not work. There was no cleaning service whatsoever. No trash cans were emptied. The beds were made. The dust staff were less than friendly.

If you are attending a conference, it is very close to the conference centre, about 3 mins away. The pool does not open until 10am, so early morning swims before your conference will have to be down at the beach (which is very close). Take the stairs as there is up to a 5 min wait for elevators during busy periods

Fantastic stay prior to our cruise. Great access to the beach, and easy connections to city centre. Hotel room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, wish we’d stayed for longer

Had a great time here! Think it's a nice property, extremely convenient to parc del forum and the metro station, and has a nice shopping center across the street where you can fulfill most basic needs. The service was good, the restaurants were all really good and the pool was immaculate and so chic! We came for primavera sound and it was a totally different experience staying that close. Would 100% stay here again

I liked staying here a lot, thought the service was good and the rooms were very clean. The pool is absolutely gorgeous and chic and I really enjoyed the restaurants as well. I'd definitely stay here again
