The only downside to this place is that they ask you to deposit the room key at the reception whenever you go outside. Although they might still have access to the room otherwise, it still creates a privacy concern.

Ivan was great! He gave us great recommendations. The room is a bit small but it worked for the night and our beds were really comfortable. If I come back I would stay here again.

This was too cramped for 3 teens and an adult. No kettle or fridge and we could hear the neighbours all night. Location and staff were fantastic but it is probably more suited to party people rather than families.

Ivan helped with the check-in, he is fabulous! Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the sites. What an asset to this hotel! He even helped with our bags. The hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast was more than expected. Dining area was bright and customer friendly. Overall, I would book this hotel again.

Small room, but given the location it was reasonable. The person at the front desk helped carry our suitcases up, and also when we checked out they carried them back down. Evan I think was there for our check in and was extremely welcoming. Gave us a rundown of the city and what is worth seeing. Great hospitality. Overall our stay was good~
