If I could give this hotel no stars I would. The cleanliness in this hotel is UNACCEPTABLE for the price you pay. I don’t understand how Expedia and Google rated this hotel so high. The staff we lovely. My one star can be for them. I never leave hotel reviews but please be aware this hotel is classed a three star hotel, it in fact feels 1 star. We had bugs in the toilet, no basic amenities or necessities provided such as slippers, bathroom essentials other than shampoo and shower gel. The bed felt dirty the floors were very dirty (our white socks were grey) we couldn’t even sleep in the bed. We slept on top of the covers. The towels were old I felt dirty using them after the shower. I just overall would not recommend this hotel. But hotel staff were lovely and kind, additionally location of the hotel was very good.

My room was fine, very clean. There was no local info in the room, just a booklet advertising Best Hotels. When I was waiting for my taxi in the last day I picked up a magazine in the foyer which would have helped me plan my time and find places to eat. Perhaps put this in the rooms. The staff I encountered were all very pleasant.

Stay away will be good choice
Dirty water occasionally flushed out from drain hole of bath tub, disgusting! Very loud machine sound of central pipe system happen in early morning and nights. Noise resistant of walls are very poor, Loud talking sound of neighbours is clearly heard. An unpleasant smell in room may be due to age whick needs to turn on cool air conditioning. Staff of reception are not too friendly and helpful.
