This was located in a PRIME location in the city legit next to EVERYTHING. The staff was 10 out of 10. The cleaning people were so respectful and did a great job. One thing I would add for the hotel is please add boxes of tissues to your bathroom setup.

This hotel is in a great location in the Gothic neighborhood of Barcelona. Wonderful service and great rooms. The check in desk personnel are awesome.

We found black mold on the ceiling in our room, homeless people were sleeping on the other side of the veranda, and people were doing drugs right outside the main hotel door.

Recommend for city break

Clean, comfortable bed, nice shower\bathroom. Double bed and settee in room, convenient location. No tea add coffee making facilities in the room which would have been nice. Free drinking water machine in Reception. All in all would recommend for a city break

The hotel was perfectly located. Beautiful room, very clean, large bathroom, shower. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. The hotel was in close walking distance to the train, steps to the shops, restaurants, and tour busses. It was a wonderful stay and where we will return to for future visits to beautiful Barcelona.

This is not a 3-star hotel, i'd expected. The room was clean (no cockroachs) but was small and crowded. There was no safe deposit and the window was not only small but did not lock firmly. The Inn was close to famous Rambla area, but was inside apart from the busy streets, and even being a male, I did not feel safe walking to my place.

The room is spacious enough for two people with 2 big luggages. The bed is comfortable. The location is great as it is walking distance to restaurants and shops. It is just at the time when we were there, there were roadworks and uber/taxis cannot drop us right infront of our hotel. We had to walk for about 5 minutes which is not bad but with our luggages and walking on shared footpath is not ideal but we had to do it anyway. Overall, our accommodation is good to place to stay.

Great location near the Rambla. Rooms should have a safe in order to leave valuables when touring. No breakfast or coffee station, but amazing little bistros and such within very close access.

Nice rooms and location.

Nice location, but cockroaches climbing out of gap in bathroom door frame are concerning. When reported to the hotel night agent they insisted on coming into my room at 2 am which I denied as I am traveling with my baby. Where there is one cockroach there will be hundreds. Unfortunately could barely sleep after this stressful experience.
