Property has no where for drop off and pick up of customers, making it difficult to arrive and leave with luggage. Also elevator had issues and didn’t work the day we were leaving, and we had five bags to bring down leaving on a cruise. People were all very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast and dining area on the main level was beautiful with wonderful selections. Loved the self-service coffee! Food on the rooftop restaurant could be a little better. My chicken caesar salad lacked flavor and interest. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Our friends' room had some plumbing issues. There is a missing stair in the stairwell at about the third stair from the lobby, which is dark, that seems dangerous. Overall, however, we loved the hotel and would happily return.

We had an issue getting into the free wifi at first but the front desk was able to help. We also hda to replace one of the key cards and it still did not work, so we just gave up on it.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect—convenient and close to everything. The room is minimalistic yet spacious, and I especially appreciated having both a shower and a bathtub. The staff were warm and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The overall design is stylish and well thought-out. A wonderful experience—I highly recommend it!

Great location, great hotel And staff only let down by one day could not gain access to the roof terrace as there was a party up there and instead of staying in their designated area they over spilled meaning no space for guests Would stay again for the location to beach, marina and central Barcelona

Ideally placed on the Gothic Quarter. Lots of lovely restaurants within easy walking distance. Rooftop terrace was a bonus. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for the four nights we stayed. My only criticism would be that the wardrobe was too 'short' so hanging space for dresses was limited. We had to hang items on the outside of the wardrobe. A hook inside the shower, for your towel, would also be helpful.
