We stayed at the hotel 3 days and 4 nights from the US. It was set right in the gothic quarter, which made exploring really easy. Walking distance to La Rambla and the pier/beach. We had noisy nights because we were on the first floor. Wont do that next time. The design of the toilet right next to the shower had our toilet paper wet or falling on the floor always. Poor design. Other than that, a nice stay. Front desk staff really wonderful. We added breakfast, which was nice each day. Gym was small but got the job done. Rooftop bar had a nice view, and the pool is a nice touch if you have kids.

Hotel muy bueno, con una terraza muy bonita buenos vinos y comida… excelente localización, al final del Barrio Gótico y del Born… muy buena opción de restaurantes , tapas y bares muy cerca a pie… se puede caminar a todas partes. Staff friendliness is overrated; they were helpful, but not to the level of previous reviews. Breakfast foods that were supposed to be hot were always lukewarm to cold. Room cleaning crew were too anxious to get into cleaning room that they would come in even when you are still in the room.

Very friendly staff, I was gifted a voucher for Cava upon arrival. The pool and rooftop area are very nice. Room was clean and well maintained daily - only issue I had was the shower in the main bathtub didn't really fit in the holder so you couldn't use it unless you wanted to hold the shower the whole time. However, there was a separate standalone shower in the bathroom too so, not a real problem. Wifi worked well so good for business guests. Overall I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

I have only positive feedback for this well decorated hotel. The staff, furnishing & services are top of the notch. They even go above and beyond with making you feel welcomed & comfortable. The rooms are extremely well ventilated with AC. Also having a pool to dip in with the heat in Barcelona was super. I would reserve there again.

We stayed for six nights, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The air conditioning in our room was broken for the first three nights, which was uncomfortable, especially in the heat. On the fourth night, things got even worse, several of our valuable items were stolen from our room. This included my husband’s expensive watch, which he had hidden in his suitcase, a designer purse and wallet, and a brand new pair of designer sunglasses. We later found out that multiple staff members had been in our room that day to check the air conditioning. Had we been informed about this in advance, we absolutely would have taken extra precautions. When we reported the theft, we were told that the hotel trusts their staff,which may be true, but that didn’t change the fact that our belongings were gone. We had let our guard down, thinking we were staying in a safe, reputable hotel. What really added to our frustration was how the situation was handled. It felt like the staff were more concerned with keeping the incident quiet than actually helping us or taking responsibility. There was no real apology or sense of accountability for the fact that so many people had been in our room without our knowledge. One of the managers told me to go out and enjoy the day and that “it’s only stuff, a few weeks you’ll forget about it.” That response was incredibly dismissive and left us feeling unsupported. They did offer us a free dinner, which we appreciated, but it didn’t come close to m

The location of the hotel is super unique, however, it shouldn't be considered a 4 star hotel. The room wasn't clean, the furniture and bed mattress are very outdated and uncomfortable, the staff isn't the friendliest and the front desk rarely picks up phone calls from the room.
