The hotel was in a great location, with great transport links but also in walking distance of lots of tourist landmarks. Very clean hotel and lovely polite staff.

Great location. Front desk staffs are friendly and efficient. Room size is average but don't have much lightings. I stayed one night before going for the cruise in BCN and I stayed one night at this same hotel after get off the ship. The room was decent and clean for the first night I stayed. However the hotel room was not in a very good shape for my second stay. The tiles inside the room and the bathroom were uneven. Water mark stain on the edge of the bathroom walls and the doors. There must be a flood inside the room sometime ago but not repaired in detail after. I was very disappointed with that.

Was not pleased

Bed was uncomfortable, walls were super thin, and there was mold in the bathroom/shower. Don’t know how this is considered a four star hotel. Staff was kind and that was the only upside.

Great neighborhood. Easy to walk to many attractions, restaurants, etc. staff friendly and accommodating. Hotel is older and could benefit from renovations. Rooms were hot. Opened windows for fresh air but street noise was very loud.
