The hotel is advertised that it has a spa however there is zero indication that not every guest has access to the pool . Not any of the paperwork when room is booked indicates this . Upon arrival I went to the spa and was told it was 20 euros for us both to use . Also that cap would need to be purchased to be work however when I looked in there were many men not wearing a cap yet the ladies were ? Very disappointing that not everyone could use the spa area . Photos should be removed form site as it’s false advertising .

Check in and check out woes.
Check in was too slow. There was only one person at the desk who was completely absorbed by one customer. She answered the phone a few times and missed some calls also. She could have checked us in instead of leaving a line of weary customers waiting about a half hour in front of the lobby. Check out also was ridiculous. The elevator was loaded with a tour bus' worth of people coming down with luggage. By the time we finally got an elevator, the shuttle to the airport left us. The clerk told us we could catch the next shuttle 45 minutes later. Then, when the shuttle arrives, she said sorry the shuttle was full and we would have to take a taxi. She should have told us this was a possibility from the beginning. It put us in jeopardy of missing our flight and cost unnecessary time and money we could have spent otherwise. Poor communication and consideration of guests.

The room was great and the air conditioned space was a welcome reprieve from the heat. We only stayed overnight, but we thought the customer service was excellent. The free airport shuttle was appreciated. We were looking forward to eating sinner at the hotel, but the menu was limited and the buffet was not appealing to us. Similarly, the breakfast buffet had food that seeemed to be sitting out for quite some time. We wanted to eat outside on the beautiful terrace next to the restaurant, but were told we could only take coffee outside. Additionally, the terrace needed some attention. There were discarded cigarette butts all over the ground and in the planters. It really detracted from a wonderful space.

Everything in the room was great,clean and spacious. Staff were great and the airport shuttle was a great add. Breakfast had a lot of options, more than I could try. The only thing I did not like is that there was a bad smell in certain areas of the hotel, just certain areas, like something bad with drainage.

Wonderful hotel close to shops and restaurants. Shuttle from airport chaos, waited over half hour then went back to terminal to get a taxi. Best decision but transfer from hotel to airport excellent.

Good for a discounted stay.
The hotel struggles with a rather difficult location, the access entry is on a large mall compound, generic and with heavy movement, smelly and quite trodden. It shows the hotel is quite dated by the aircon system which is set by default to be 15 degrees C, they have tried to keep up on the detailing by refurbishing the rooms with new fittings and reconditioning of the bathroom and room which brings it up to date. Overall, it is a hood experience when purchased at a discount as it would otherwise be surpassed by newer hotels in the area.
