Hotel was convenient to restaurants, grocery store, shopping. Everything was walkable from the hotel. Large choice of breakfast items. Shuttle bus to airport was included. Great place to stay the night before our flight.

Wonderful staff. Very nice room. Bathroom could use some grout cleaning in the bathroom. Room key was a little tricky. The patio area up by the bar was huge and very very nice and inviting! Would definitely recommend staying there for flying out.

The hotel was overall clean and nice, with a patio by the restaurant area that was an added bonus in a busy area of the city. Our disappointment was with the fact that it is an airport hotel… yet we couldn’t get on the hotel’s airport shuttle because it was full (and only offered every 45 minutes), and the taxi that they called never showed up. So a last minute attempt to uber to the airport (which took awhile to get) made for a more stressful start to our travels than desired. Luckily we caught our plane, but I expected better from an airport hotel.

Great place to stay

I selected The Alexandre Frontair Congress as our last stay before leaving Spain. It is convenient to the airport and offered free shuttle service. The included breakfast was extensive and appreciated. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Everything we could have asked for on our last night in Barcelona.

Great service, clean, and convenient to airport

We had a great experience staying here! Everyone was extremely friendly and thank goodness the bar was able to cook and serve drinks as we were there during the blackout in Spain. The staff was very accommodating during this time! The breakfast buffet was delicious. The shuttle service to the airport made it hassle free the next morning. We would definitely stay there again.

Unreliable shuttle bus

Shuttle bus was terrible. Had to wait 2 hrs at the airport. Driver was extremely rude. No baggage help at all. Treated so badly not acceptable. I would definetly fire him. We complained at the front desk. They were dealing with a customer who had all their valuables stolen from their room. I will never go there again.
