This place has everything you needed (even a pool!) except room service (that I know of) and a gift shop, But there's a café so it's fine. The only disappointment I had was that they closed the rooftop terrace for the winter. I understand it's extra work to keep up while the pool is not in use, but it would have been nice to get some "private" fresh air instead of the streets.

The room was equipped with 110v outlets as well as typical 220v for Europe. The room size was perfect for the two of us and king size bed (not as common in Europe) was very comfotable.

Don’t let the 2-star rating fool you—this hotel feels more like a solid 4-star experience. Highly recommend! The receptionist, Sardar (hope I wrote that right), is fantastic—always cheerful and in a great mood! The only minor downside was that the pool area didn’t open until 13:00

Fabulous location near great restaurants. "Quiet" room had zero view. just a tiny shaft where other back rooms were connected to. The pool is microscopic and water was quite cold. Nice rooms and staff. Very clean.

I had a lovely stay here. Although I needed to have a room swap in order for that to happen. My first room, on the first floor, I did not care for and was not comfortable. Additionally my a/c unit kept on making noise even though it was not turned on. But the hotel was very kind about it and moved me to a new room on the 4th floor for the rest of my stay and I was exceptionally happy in this room. It was much more comfortable and I had a small balcony which I love because I love having the fresh air come in. All the staff were kind and helpful and the pool area was a very relaxing place to have a cafe de leche. I would stay here again.
