A decent value for money stay in an area with good dining and transportation options. The staff were not personable at all which is what I would expect at a larger hotel chain. One of the elevators was not working the last day of my stay. Nothing memorable and not worth a repeat stay.

I loved the smell of bread baking in the early morning. It is a bakery/ hotel. The room was clean & pleasant. The shower was spa like and it’s in a fantastic location.

Nice hotel
What you see is basically what you get. Rooms are nice and bright but could honestly do with a lick to paint and a freshen up. Bed is comfortable, we slept all night. Service is lovely from all staff who were smiley and helpful Would be nice to have at least a coffee included considering it is a bakery hotel

The location is terrific being just a block from La Pedera and the main subway line that runs to Las Ramblas and the marina section. There is so much to see within an easy walking distance of the hotel. My room was small but nicely decorated and a good value for the price.

Wonderful stay!!!
Wonderful place to stay! We plan on visiting Barcelona again next year and we will definitely stay at Hotel Praktik Bakery again! Our room was very bright and clean and the location was so close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and we could say enough good things about this hotel. Oh, and it's right above an awesome bakery!!!

We stayed here for 4 nights. What we loved most was the location to shipping (Paseo de Gracia) and of course the bakery downstairs. Very convenient for that bakery craving, except they close early. They provided little glass water bottle to refill on the 2nd floor, except the cold water function did not work but the room temp function worked. The water pressure of the shower was also amazing! Check-in was a breeze. The cons, no refrigerator, so we had to toss leftovers after dining. The safe was small but we made it work. The instructions noted a green button but it was a red button in the battery compartment. The bed was semi-comfy but very very squeaky. The room was small but we made it work since it was just my husband and I. Overall, we would stay here again if we had to, but I’d let to check out other properties as well.

The hotel is well located but the hallway that leads to the rooms needs to be remodeled, it looks rally neglected and lacks lights appropriate for a hotel. The breakfast buffet is too poor for what they charge. As soon as I saw what they offered I decided not to have breakfast there

Great location! Hotel bakery is delicious and convenient for breakfast or lunch. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were super quiet and clean. The only complaint I have is that the room we booked was a little small and we didn’t have enough room to open our luggage. Not a big deal though. We would stay here again for sure!
