Great hotel in a great location. Just one block away from las ramblas and a two minute walk to Boqueria and a metro stop. Staff was friendly and helpful The room was very spacious and updated. Lots of outlets in the room, spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. Would definitely book again!

Rude service people running breakfast buffet
The rooms have been nicely updated with modern bathrooms (shower with door, sink with counterspace), but the ladies who work the breakfast buffet are so rude that they left a bad feeling for the entire day. They are abrupt, and don't clear the small table of dirty dishes (4 at our table). When I put dirty dishes on another table to make room, one of the ladies chastised me, and muttered something in Spanish under her breath. These ladies are not interested in guests being comfortable or welcomed; they show in their attitude and behavior that they have no interest in doing their job.

Amazing location, wonderful room (small, but comfortable and loved the exposed stone). Location is a bit loud as people gather in the piazza, but noise was tolerable. I would book this hotel again.

Sant August Hotel
The hotel is perfectly located to visit the historical sites of the city, has easy access to the Metro lines and has every kind of food available nearby. It is located right off Ramblas so you can walk to the Mediterranean or to Sagrada Familia. Would recommend it to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay here. With a room facing the front plaza, it had a nice view with opening doors onto the balcony. Great breakfast and very nice staff. Perfect location for seeing Ild Town and beyond.

Very convenient location. Very close to the Market de Boquería as well as a metro stop on Las Ramblas. Nice courtyard in front of hotel however sometimes frequented by transients or people needing & waiting for charity assistance from church next to hotel. We had no issues & enjoyed the people watching from our balcony. 2 restuarants right below hotel. The one closer to the church had music playing later into the evenings on the weekend. Overall, the music is muffled & didn’t disturb our sleep.

We didn’t have a very good impression for the hotel… it is very noisy if you go in high season, the sink didn’t not drain and we needed to ask to fix it. It was ok for the price, but we don’t r recommend it.
