It’s very noisy 24/7. The window/door have no sounds insulation. We could hear people talking on the street like nothing covered inside my bed room. Food are very good in the morning. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We are so much happy to stay there (but not the noise)

First of all it was an incredible location. Right next to the metro station you could get anywhere not to mention in the heart of the gothic quarter and a block away from the Catedral de Barcelona. Nearest tapas restaurant was 15 steps away and fresh Spanish pastries were 5 steps from the front door. I can not recommend this hotel enough. WiFi was spotty but that was irrelevant.

The staff were all helpful and friendly. Located in Gothic Quarter so easy to get to places we wanted to see. Rooms were comfortable and clean. LOTS of places to eat nearby. Hotel breakfast was good too!!

Properly was nice and great location. My only complaint was the front desk staff should greet guests with enthusiasm and more importantly smile and greetings. I find they lacked this the two days we stayed. Going forward I would stay across the street at H10 where my sister stayed and we were greeted by the staff every time we walked in which was often. Room staff and cleanness were great as well. Thank you

Hotel Suizo was in great location with metro at the door and very walkable to restaurants and stores. Hotel itself was outdated and our room was very small. Safe in room had no key and had to ask for lock at reception which this should be automatically there. Room was available when we arrived but in order to get key we had to pay additional $15 euros which I thought was a rip off or option to wait to 3 check in time. Never had to pay extra if room available before check in time. Room was a disappointment for the amount we paid. Breakfast was totally worth the money as over my expectations.

Excellent staff. Excellent location. For the price we paid, room was very small. No coffee maker, fridge, water. Door to small balcony broken. Had to ask for key for safe. No space to walk around the bed.

Good location.

Excellent location. Clean room. Disappointed that there is neither a bar, nor an on site tapas bar. There is one close by, but was hoping to not have to leave hotel to have a nightly cocktail. Haven’t had a bar since the pandemic.

Hotel Suizo

Great location. Good breakfast. Shower was very small. Hard for an adult to stand up in the shower. Doors didn’t close all the way. No washcloths. But staff was friendly and hotel was clean.
