Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was simple, clean, a descent value. It was just what we needed after a long flight for a one night stop over before our cruise. Located in gothic quarter near dining and attractions like the cathedral and walking distance to La Rambla. Area of was fairly busy, but we were not bothered by any excess noise.

Excellent location. Everything is very walkable. The entrance to the metro is directly outside the front door and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We stayed in the triple room and it was beautiful with two small balconies with nice views. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. There was construction going on right outside the building and they did wake us up at 2am with construction noise but that was not the fault of the hotel. Expect the minimum as far as amenities.
