Excellent hotel and staff. The only things we didn’t like were that taxis would drop us off at las ramblas because they claimed they couldn’t drive through the streets by the hotel. Also, we paid for breakfast for two people but when I asked the receptionist about it, she said it was breakfast for just one day that was paid. However, they charged us twice but not the other days because their records showed I had paid for breakfast for everyday of our stay. That was a charge that was not reimbursed to us.

We loved our stay here. Perfectly situated in the old town area of the city. Room was very well appointed with nice luxury touches throughout. Rooftop pool and bar was our favorite place to relax and grab a drink. Staff were always professional and ready to help.

What a wonderful hotel!! Staff were amazing so friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable where to eat, what to see, transport directions. I’d especially like to thank the concierge/ door men if it wasn’t for them we would have missed our flight as our airport transfer had not turned up they phoned the transfer company on my behalf numerous times and organised other transport to take us to the airport they were fantastic. Rooftop bar had exceptional views and staff again were fantastic, professional and very friendly. Breakfast was great plenty of choice. Staff were all exceptional at this hotel and I will most definitely be back 💕💕
