We loved the Spacious apartment, well equipped, nice neighborhood. We had a little trouble with checkin (getting into the building), luckily the cleaning ladies were there opened the door for us; saw a group of people had same trouble a few days later when we went out, we let them in and explained the checkin procedures.

The apartment was in a good location, close to the Metro (Fontana and Juanic) and had all the amenities as listed. The grocery shops and local restaurants the plaza were all easily accessible. However, inside the apartment although things looked seemingly clean, the bidet had brown substance (very likely farces) smeared on it which was very surprising that cleaners missed it. It made me think they didn’t bother cleaning deeply between guests. Anyway, I emailed and they sent someone straight away, however even after showing the cleaning manager, it was still not cleaned properly. Expedia doesn’t let me attach photos with this review. The walls are not sound-proof at all, there were some very noisy guests living above us, very rowdy, lots of inappropriate noises and swearing, which made it an unpleasant family stay with young children. With this in mind, we would not choose to stay again or recommend it for families.

The property was in decent condition, but the actual apartment was not clean. Areas were dusty especially under the bed and furniture. There was garbage left from previous guests left in the kitchen. The location was amazing with lots of shops down the streets from the apartment.

I liked very much, nice experience much better than a hotel, My wife an me ( 2 people) with 3 bedrooms 2 BATHROOM AND KITCHEN , LIVING ROOM. super the best choice I will recomend to everybody- Vila de Gracia ,nice area ,very close to Fontana metro station THE BEST

MH Apartments Garcia Outstanding Location
Everything was great.We loved this location a 10 minutes outside of the main city Cataluya. A 3 to 5 minute walk from two different Metro stations. Exceptionally easy to take Metro trains any where you want to go. Also loads of hospitality (food and drink) directly below our apartment and around as well as fresh markets/grocery stores.

The property is in a great location, and they accommodate to do an early check for us, the staff was very friendly and informative and the apartment was very comfortable and nice. The only thing that we didn't like was that the floor was dirty and the wall of the shower was with mold.

Good apartment in Gracia
Nice place. Away from the main tourist area but near to Fontana metro station which makes it easy to get to places of interest. Well equipped, except there is no kettle - they should consider adding one. It's comfortable and near to bars and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Lovely apartment in Gracia
Lovely apartment in a gorgeous part of Barcelona. The area is quiet yet virbant and full of character, you feel safe and welcomed. The apartment feels secure, clean and comfortable with everything you need for your break. Fully air conditioned with a small balcony. Within a 5 minute walk of two metro stations. No compaints.

Nice apartment if noise is not a problem for you
Location is great and close to everything by foot or metro. Amazing street and area. The apt is quite spacious and clean. Good for 7 persons. Bathroom tiles need maintenance. Wifi is ok but connection drops off when in the large bedroom. The building is next to a small park that is very popular especially during the night. Locals just gather there and talk the whole night (and every night). If you have a light sleep, you will need ear plugs. The lady who did our checkin was not able to provide answers to our questions: for example, how the washer/dryer works, no information left onsite neither. We booked and paid through Expedia and they were asking us to pay again. We had to search for the emails anh show the bank transaction. The rental agency offers to call taxi for you but the taxi charge much more than finding one yourself.

Disappointed.
The wooden floors in the kitchen were badly splintered because of water damage. I asked for some hotel slippers (we don't like to wear outdoor shoes inside) and the administrators said no. They refused to communicate. We were very careful and avoided the splinters, and our kids are a little older too so we managed. There is no shower mat and the bath is quite slippery. I suggested a 3 Euro shower mat, but they said they didn't want to supply one. So we ended up having baths instead of showers. There isn't enough hot water for a family of four to have baths. The area is great - lots of restaurants, and shops, so lively (up to 4am) and the windows have no noise insulation. We were exhausted after four nights. The front door internal bolt is badly fitted and so it is sometimes virtually impossible to open. There was poor communication with the administrators of the property. They were very polite, but if there was a problem, they were happier not to respond than try and resolve the issue. Shame. It could've been great.

Sorry! Not what I expected.
The apartment is nice and fairly comfortable. However, both the shower and the tub were in bad condition. Our grandson was reluctant to take a shower, They need to improve the cleaning. It was poor, to say the least. I will add some pictures so that you can judge by yourself. We paid approximately $650 for a 2 nights stay for 4 adults and a child and they even ask you to dispose of the grabage in the street public trash can.

Westayed here as a group for my hen do. We occupied two apartments. The Apartments bathrooms were not clean, needed new grouting etc, and there's wasn't enough hot water for everyone's to have a warm shower. The wooded floor in the kitchen was lifted when we arrived and meant that's one of the girl she hurt her foot while using the kitchen sink. The location I see lovely however, o probably wouldn't say it's great I feel you looking for a party, we were more of a chilled group! The beds were comfy and the space was adequate, I would say though it was let down my poor maintenance.

Our room was a little on the dirty side and the beds were not very comfortable. It was advertised as soundproof and the street noise kept us up both nights that we were there. The washer had a broken handle and our clothes got stuck inside. The staff was very helpful and showed up at 11:30pm to help rescue our laundry.

Pleasant stay..really liked the area but very noisy at night and not very close to city center but very charming and safe . The apt was perfect for us. Nice amount of space , equipped kitchen and apt essentials . Use the internet to learn how to use the washing machine as it's not intuitive . Great having a kitchen and large bathroom . Clean and great local out of the way feel . Get used to walking
