Good but can be better
The location is great, the staff very friendly and helpful. However, a some basic things are missing, such as having a phone in the room to call reception. If you need anything you need to go down to the reception, what would happen if someone needs help and cannot go down.

The property is very eco friendly and right by the Parc De Lá Ciutadella and not far from other landmarks. Easily walked to la Rambla, Sagrada família and more from here. Loads of dinning options near by. The hotel bar itself is super comfortable and chill, plus they have secure luggage storage.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful but the room was very small with no place to leave a suitcase, no facilities in the room to make a coffee or heat any food, only one chair but another would leave no room to move; the price was high considering what was supplied.

Loved the facilities - There is a really nice bar, patio, and rooftop space. Our room and the rooftop had beautiful views of the Ciutadella park and the sunsets were spectacular. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. It’s very conveniently located - easy to walk and get to the metro. Would definitely stay here again!

This Motel One was excellent in all ways. Loved the room, bed & shower. The bar has all that you want and the staff was very helpful. It was near many attractions & restaurants. Would totally recommend this property to anyone going to Barcelona!

Overall, we had a good experience with Motel One Barcelona. It was in a nice location next to the park and the zoo and close to restaurants and a convenience store. The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful. The rooftop deck was great for sitting out on to enjoy the views of the city. The only thing that we were surprised at was the size of the rooms as they were quite small compared to what we are used to. Other than that, everything was great.

we loved staying here! the most perfect hotel that’s the perfect distance from the loud barcelona noise but close enough to walk most places/to the metro station! the staff was incredible and the 24/7 bar with the rooftop was so fun. will stay here again when we return to barcelona!!
