Air conditioning not working all night
Air conditioning never worked / it was so hot In the room / tried to call front desk never answered / i count not sleep all night / plus lots of noises / slamming doors etc etc Yes the front desk lady in the check in time and the check out guy were nice / other that the taxi driver requested by us the night before to pick up us / it was a confusion about our time to pick us up and another room number! The main complaint was the air conditioning Never worked as it was supposed to / thats one of the reason we want to stay in a hotel with air conditioning that at least is working One good thing it was only one nights Could no have stayed a second night absolutely NOT . We wish a some sort of refund if possible , thank you

As a solo female traveler I felt safe in the area and in the hotel. It's in an industrial area and the hotel has your basic needs. Overall the hotel served it's purpose of being a safe and clean place to stay for the night. I recommend the hotel if you're looking for something for a night or 2 and close to the airport.

Proximity to the airport and ease to take bus into Barcelona were definitely an asset. The staff were friendly and helpful! Hotel is very clean! The pool is located around the corner (other side of the parking lot) and there didn’t seem to be any towels available. Very limited dining options within walking distance.

In the room, there is no kettle or coffee or tea maker. In the lobby there is no water, coffee or tea availability and if you would like something you must ask and they give you a small Nespresso coffee and charge €1.50. Restaurant only served cold food/sandwiches. There really is no Restaurant/Bar, just a breakfast buffet for €11. Pool is not in the hotel. Killed a roach in my bathroom. Very limited dining nearby, hotel is in an industrial area. Nothing is convenient. I wont stay here again. Even though it is considered an airport hotel, Taxi to/from airport is €23-€25.

We had an early morning flight and booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport that is just a short drive away. Staff were available 24 hrs and very friendly. They called us a cab (approx 25 euros) that arrived in minutes and offered us a coffee at 3:30 am. The hotel was well kept and clean. We had a comfortable stay with everything we needed. Gracias!

Close to airport. Walking distance to RV rental Roadsurfer. Asked for blanket and got one. 😊 Not much space in room. Beds were OK. Stayed twice in 2 different rooms. Bathrooms were fine. Front desk staff helpful. Restaurant helpful since not close to things. Breakfast mediocre. Would start again, since practical for us. Hallway stairs had a horrible smell, yet one can choose elevator. RV parking possible, not easy.

Early check in
I appreciated the early check in. We had already asked for an early check in but then our plane arrived an hour early and my husband had terrible motion sickness. He needed a bed and a toilet. There wasn’t a room right away since we were so early but we got one as soon as one was available, by noon. I enjoyed having a pool to relax and freshen up before going out to visit the city. It was 15-20 minutes by taxi to the port and Plaça de Catalunya so a bit expensive to get to and from our sightseeing but I liked the dark and quiet room for sleeping at the end of the day. In Barcelona people in general speak Catalan then Spanish then English and I speak French, English and a bit of Spanish. It can be tricky to communicate when either myself or the other is using their third language. At check in there was no line up and there was service in English available. But they only answered my questions and didn’t volunteer suggestions to our problems before I asked where is the washroom, can we drop off our luggage, where is the pool. Later on I was happy when I heard someone at the front desk speaking fluent French. I could speak in my mother tongue. Then the service was 10/10 when I needed help with booking a taxi and they also showed me a map and offered suggestions and then when my room key stopped working and they fixed the problem and also told me it was common when the key gets too close to a cell phone. Breakfast was really nice, especially the fresh squeezed orange juice.
