Ehhh. I’d stay at the W if possible
Really used to Love Nobu, but wasn’t really giving 5 star energy, or customer service overall. 3/3.5 for sure
I had a late check in at 11pm - by 11:40 I asked to change my room as there was a lot of in and out commotion on my floor and coming off a flight I was exhausted and the in and out door slams and noise in the hall wasn’t doing it. I was met with dismissive energy, asking to make a nose complaint (clearly I’m in my room, who would I say), and told what if we move you and you do this again what’s the point?
Excuse me? THEN YOU MOVE ME AGAIN.
The energy was as if I wasn’t worth moving.
Then to be told at the remaining of the conversation oh we are full now. Mind you I checked in 40 minutes ago and was offered 3 rooms on 3 different floors.
The gentleman at the front told me there was a note that I requested a higher room, when I in fact Did Not! And furthermore specifically told him not to move me higher because he wanted an additional $40 per night to move up floors.
Just seemed like some shady work going on to be honest and myself or wife who were there 3/4 days for business felt like his actions were NOT reflective of a 5 star hotel.
Please Nobu refrain from the automated replay you normally give and find a real solution. Email to management and corporate for sure coming by EOD. Just saw the opportunity to review via email.
