The room was clean. However, the shower curtain didn’t have a liner and water was constantly on the floor. The shower curtain didn’t stretch all the way across which caused water to spray on the floor. The front desk didn’t explain the use of the green and red card. Therefore, the room didn’t get cleaned. The front desk should communicate better to their guest,

Hotel had a great location however room was tiny; shower didnt have a full door so water would leak outside and covered the toilet. Shower towels were small and had to get extra towels to clean the water from the floor. Front desk waa helpful but staffing limited

Beautiful, intimate building. Classic. Very quiet. The street is run-down in an old city kind of way, but the convenience to Las Ramblas and easy walk to many other sites more than makes up for the street’s aesthetics.

I liked the hotel, very nice design. Only the air conditioner in the room made a terrible noise when it turned on and did not let me sleep all night, but we stayed for one night and did not contact the reception. The location is just great. I would come again

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price I was very disappointed with my stay at Hotel Nouvel. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, like mode which made it uncomfortable. The bathroom didn’t even have a rack or shelf for toiletries—I had to bend down to the floor just to get the shampoo. The room itself was very small, definitely not what I expected for the price I paid. On top of that, they wanted to charge extra to use the security box that was already in the room, which felt unreasonable. There were no conveniences or comforts provided—absolutely nothing in the room to make the stay pleasant. Overall, I felt like the hotel was not interested in offering a good experience to their guests. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it. --- Let me know if you'd like a shorter or more detailed version.

Good location, one bad staff person

Great location close to restaurants & shops. Room was small but good for us. Our room was on 2nd floor but then we had to drag bags up another flight which was unexpected. Breakfast was good and price excellent. We had an issue with one front desk staff person who was very rude & caused us to lose a booking. She refused to give us contact for the manager. We saw her respond to another guest in the same manner. It left us with a bad memory of an otherwise good stay.
