The hotel is too old and filthy… One early morning like 3am, there was a loud noise of fire alarm and everybody went outside the room panicky and no damn staff explained what had happened

Perfect hotel and location

The hotel was wonderful! We arrived early morning and dropped our luggage in storage. The front desk staff was so helpful at deciding at how to see Barcelona. They gave great recommendations for bus tours, food, and must see highlights. The hotel was clean, lovely, and beds were so soft and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here. Perfect location for all the places to see Barcelona. Would stay here again next time I’m in Barcelona.

Very noisy, hallways echoed doors slamming, people conversations. Rooms extremely warm & shower a terrible experience. I would rate this hotel as a hostel more than a boutique hotel. I also would not recommend it.

Beautiful historical building! Clean and comfortable. Staffs are nice and friendly. Located in safe area. Shopping area is right there. Pharmacy is in front of the building. A few good cafes are besides the hotel. Close to markets, metro station and tourist information booth in Catalunya park. The bus stop for airport shuttle bus ( available 24 hours) is nearby. Very convenient. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location to walk and explore many areas, plus easy access to metro. Our room had a beautiful terrace to enjoy as well. While not a problem for us, important to note the elevator between reception and first floor is broken so you must be able to walk up one flight of stairs to access elevator to rest of hotel.
