Excellent stay. Beautiful room and bathroom. The hotel has some great decorations. The lobby has the largest foosball table in the world. Large teddy bears around the hotel brought a smile to my face. The hotel is close to the metro, bakeries, dining, and El Corta Ingles Cornella shopping mall. It's located just outside the city center so it's nice and quiet. The concierge, Manuel was wonderful. Very hospitable and helpful. We would stay here again.

We would have given a 5 for the service as everyone except one member of staff were consistently exceptional. Someone even placed balloons and little gifts for our daughters whose birthday surprise this holiday was for! However, we had several encounters with one lady who was behind the bar serving in the evening on Friday 1st, Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd. She was consistently rude and dismissive to everyone in our party. We couldn’t put our finger on what it was about us that bothered her so much as we were always polite in our interactions with her but she was quite unpleasant on each and every occasion we had to communicate with her. Other than that one particular young woman though, every other staff member went above and beyond with their service and attitude. It’s such a shame that we came into contact with her as otherwise, our stay would have been perfect. I’m sorry we didn’t catch her name in order for you to properly address this.

Overall, we had a great experience. The facility was clean, and the staff were friendly and nice. We wish there were more restaurants and dining options around the hotel, but that part has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They were the best hotel staff I've ever experienced. The room was clean and comfortable, but not fancy. Novotel is great and I stay at their hotels whenever I can.

The room is just too hot, with limited ventilation. No AC was available. Furthermore, the shower water flow is quite week, and the temperature of the water is unstable. We can feel like burnt all of a sudden.

Stayed for a few days break with my grandson and wife and was perfect for a city break hotel was a bit further out than we thought but taxis right outside and metro just 10 minute walk. Hotel is spotless ,staff very helpful and pool area is is very clean and lovely to sit round at the end of the day,
