Lovely hotel in centre of Las Ramblas. Lots of character and restaurants, bars, cafes & shops. We were in room 203 at front, with terrace. Big room, bathroom small but we are small people so suited us well. A special mention goes to the receptionist who was working on Saturday morning (31 May). We didn’t get his name but he went out of his way to get a taxi to the cruise port for us after Uber left us waiting over 40 minutes so we ended up cancelling and unable to get a taxi quickly. He was excellent and so nice to help us out. On that basis alone we highly recommend the hotel & would stay again if/when we return to Barcelona.

A glorified hostel

They did not honestly reflected on the description nor the price that the rooms where extremely small actually there is not such thing as a separate bathroom,the bathroom is part of room terrible please see the pictures avoid this hotel they offer breakfast and it’s a joke the give a box full of cold and unhealthy food (all processed) and you have to eat it in your room or in a rooftop

Pretty room but noisy

Balcony city view rooms are noisy even with earplugs! It was generally a pretty room with a rooftop with free tea and coffee.

We really liked this hotel, however, the shower drain in room 302 was clogged and the sink was also draining very slowly. We reported this when we arrived as my husband took a shower and the bathroom flooded. Some came and put a chemical down the drain and told us that he will send someone the next day to look at it. The following day the shower drain is still draining super slow and causing water to overflow outside the shower door. I don’t think anyone came to the room to fix it but we were only staying for a 3 nights so we just sucked it up and didn’t bother complain. Having said that, they should really fix the drain in the shower and the sink to prevent future flooding and property damage.

We really loved our stay here. It was right in the middle of everything extremely easy to find wonderful restaurants and amazing shops. The staff were all very attentive. And we got more than enough to eat with our breakfast boxes. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone who’s looking for a great location and great price.

Fabulous location, very comfortable beds and really appreciated the free coffee and access to the lovely rooftop terrace. Staff were friendly and informative. Our terrace room was very small however.
