The team were particularly friendly, and helpful with our requests. It was disappointing that some of the gym equipment & TV were out of order for the 5 days of our stay - I was looking forward to the gym after 2 months of AirBnB stays across Spain. Overall, a great stay which we really enjoyed.

Found this to be a great location, especially when using the airport shuttle. Lots of transport links as situated on Plaça España. The hotel itself was modern and clean. The rooms were good and serviced daily. Roof top terrace is a lovely addition for people who want to relax at the end of a busy day, although the pool area is on the smaller side but met the needs of the patrons when we visited in May. We really didn't use the hotel to its potential but its facilities looked great from what we saw. We wouldn't hesitate to say here again.
