Newly refurbished room was excellent. Good size, all basic amenities covered other than a kettle. Hotel was still being refurbished, so no restaurant for breakfast but this was reflected in the price and well communicated up front. Really lovely staff on reception throughout my stay.

The counter staff were really sweet and allowed us to check in earlier as our room was available. There are many food options around the hotel and especially in the mall. Would definitely come back to stay here.

It is a nice and affordable accomodation. Conveniently located across a shopping mall, with numerous restaurant options. Metro station and other mode of transportations are also nearby. If you’re looking for a safe and decent place to stay, I highly recommend it.

Good Hotel with Great Staff
The Onix Fira had a nice size room, price was good, it was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem was Wifi in the room. Internet connection worked in their business center area only.
