The hotel is in great location close to a few great attractions in Barcelona. The property entrance and lobby is nice, very old fashion. That’s the only two good things about this hotel. Rooms not the best, specially bathrooms. WiFi terrible, it doesn’t work any of our days there, we told reception and nothing happened. Breakfast expensive ($16€ each person) for what they offered AND we saw a few cockroaches inside the hotel.

I called the hotel in advance letting them know that I was celebrating my 25th anniversary with my wife. Surprising our room has 2 twin beds!! Really? On top of that we found a coackroach in the breakfast area. The room service didn’t do a great job filing up the water bottle. Never again..

The staff was absolutely fabulous, helped us with all of our questions. (The Hotel reminded me of a movie, can't quite remember the name, took place in India....The Most Exceptional Grand Hotel in India. Lots of people in the movie. ) The Oriental Atrium Hotel could use some enhansing, painting etc on the grand entrance, but it surely is grand. A great experience at this Hotel. The staff was so great!! Loved each and every one!!!

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. As a solo traveler, I felt safe all the time within the hotel and the surrounding neighborhood. The hotel is in an ideal location- close to shops, restaurants and public transportation.

This is a very convenient and architecturally unique property . Great amenities fronting on La Rambla including a restaurant. We paid in advance for the continental breakfast but had to check out by 7 am before the restaurant was open. The hotel staff put together an assortment of food so we could take something with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Bathrooms were not very clean. Rooms had damaged floor tiling. Same for bathrooms. Internet was bad. Hotel lost electricity as well. There was no clear instructions on how to check out on our last day on 10/22. Hotel management could have done it better. It was overall a disappointing experience. Though I enjoyed the neighborhood.

Great option to stay when in Barcelona, recommended. Las Ramblas is under a major renovation, basically the whole area is been rebuilt. There is construction noise everywhere, but the room filtered much of it.
