Great option to stay when in Barcelona, recommended. Las Ramblas is under a major renovation, basically the whole area is been rebuilt. There is construction noise everywhere, but the room filtered much of it.

I absolutely recommend this hotel. It is in a great location, close to the L3 metro, has Carrefour supermarket a few blocks away. The staff is awesome - friendly and helpful. I was even messaging them prior to coming to ask if they had certain things. Their reply was super quick. If I were to nitpick, the only 2 things are the lack or sound proofing and the narrow tub area. Our first night the sound of the TV and people talking next door were very audible. We were jetlagged too and it was hard to fall asleep with the noise. The next 3 nights were not as bad maybe bec we were sleeping more soundly too lol. The tub is narrow and facing the shower standing up and my body cant help but touch the wall or the shower curtain. And my feet side by side have almost taken up the whole flat tub floor. My feet and I are normal sized. Again these are minor things. I’d stay here again.

The property had some sort of loud music playing from downstairs that lasted until 1:30am. After that, the metro ran throughout the night, which caused the room to shake everytime the metro came through. It was impossible to sleep.

The location of the hotel is very convenient and the room was a nice size. Didn't bother us, but be prepared for the noise outside on Las Ramblas which goes into the wee hours!

I really liked our stay at the hotel. The room had a good amount of space, clean and everything we needed. It was convenient to a very walkable area with great restaurants and bars near. The staff was always friendly and helpful. It you want a hotel that has historical charm and model amenities this is a great option.

This is an ideal location. Great restaurants and shopping as you step out the door of the hotel. The architecture of the building is lovely. The staff are very helpful. We would stay there again.

My first room on the top floor was incredibly hot and the AC was not cooling the room. I was moved to a renovated room that was very lovely but it was not sound proof. You can hear clearly the conversation in the next room which kept me awake for 3 nights. The location is great but the area at night is not safe ie red light district just around the block. The hotel seemed a little rundown but very clean. The staff was nice. However, this would not be my choice of stay when I return to Barcelona in a few months.

Grand reception and adequate rooms and en suite, parts are a little tired. The breakfast balcony was a good space, the breakfast offer was ok. Its' location is great - and good value.
